Her forearms are cylindrical with gray palms and black fingers, and blue circles adorn her thighs. She wears an azure blue sleeveless dress with gray frills near the legs and black headphones equipped with a sky blue antenna on each side.

Classified as a blue LRIG in the card game, Madoka debuted in the *DIVA DEBUT DECK DIAGRAM* and *GLOWING DIVA* card sets.

Her character is somewhat naïve, a trait that once led to a significant rift with another Diva named Rei. Madoka accepted a secondhand account of Rei's actions without seeking confirmation from Rei directly, resulting in a misunderstanding between them.

During a premium WIXOSSLAND event where teams could earn the right to challenge the top team Deus Ex Machina, Madoka and her teammates chose to form separate teams with other Divas to gain new experiences and develop their individual strengths.
