Pao-Lin Huan, whose name is also frequently romanized as Pao-Lin Huang, is known by her hero name Dragon Kid in the anime Tiger & Bunny. She is a young Chinese-born NEXT, a human born with superhuman abilities, who moves to Stern Bild City to work as a professional hero within its televised hero system. According to her background, she was sent by her parents from China to become a superheroine and lives under the care of a trusted guardian. She is a petite but highly athletic kung fu fighter who wears a dragon-motif, Chinese-styled hero uniform that carries advertising for corporate sponsors like other heroes in the series.
