Pao-Lin Huang, better known by her hero alias Dragon Kid, is a young NEXT who works as a professional hero in Stern Bild City under the Hero TV system, where she is promoted as the lightning bolt kung fu master. She is of Chinese origin and, from an early age, received a specialized education in martial arts with the goal of becoming a hero. After being scouted, she moved to Stern Bild City on her own while her parents remained in China, and she lives alone in a company dormitory.
In personality, Pao-Lin is bright, cheerful, and diligent, with a tomboyish manner that leads her to prefer action and training over conventionally feminine interests.
