Description
Billy is a giant, electrically charged bird who appears as a supporting creature in One Piece Film Strong World. Originally a creation of the film's antagonist, Dr. Indigo, Billy is an enhanced animal developed using a substance known as SIQ, an advanced version of the IQ compound. This chemical modification is responsible for his unusually large size, making him significantly bigger than a normal bird of his kind.
In terms of physical appearance, Billy is a large avian with bright yellow feathers. His design is a unique hybrid, combining the head and beak of a duck with the body and fan-like tail of a peacock.
