TV-Series
Description
Fritz Gerald is a supporting character in the anime Lady Georgie, where he is identified as a Count and the biological father of the protagonist, Georgie. He is an adult male with blond hair cut to neck length and blue eyes.

His background is central to the series' plot. Before the story begins, Fritz Gerald was a nobleman in London who was falsely accused of attempting to assassinate Queen Victoria. The true culprit was Duke Dangering, a corrupt nobleman who framed Fritz to cover his own crimes, which included illegal drug trafficking. As a result of this false accusation, Fritz was stripped of his position and sentenced to exile in Australia, which was then a British penal colony. He was deported along with his wife, Sophie, and his infant daughter, Georgie. During this upheaval, the family was separated, and Georgie was ultimately found and adopted by the Buttman family in Australia.

Following his exile, Fritz was forced to live in Australia for a period of twelve years. After serving his sentence, he returned to London as a free man but remained a target; Duke Dangering continued to make attempts on his life to prevent him from clearing his name. Upon his return, he was taken under the protection of a fellow Earl named Wilson.

Fritz Gerald is portrayed as a man deeply affected by the political conspiracy that ruined his life. His motivation is not driven by a desire for revenge or a return to political power. Instead, he expresses a profound weariness with politics, stating that he lost both his wife and his daughter because of it and wants nothing more to do with that world. However, his primary, unspoken motivation is to be reunited with his lost daughter, Georgie. A key plot point involves Fritz's friend purchasing Georgie's distinctive bracelet, a precious heirloom that is her only link to her biological family. This discovery provides Fritz with a vital clue, allowing him to begin tracking her whereabouts in earnest.

In the story's climax, Fritz Gerald's role becomes crucial. He joins forces with Georgie and her adoptive brothers, Abel and Arthur, to rescue Arthur from the clutches of Duke Dangering. Through their efforts and Arthur's subsequent report to Queen Victoria, the duke's crimes are exposed. Consequently, Fritz Gerald is fully exonerated of all charges against him, clearing his name after years of injustice. The resolution of the plot allows for a reunion between Fritz and his daughter, Georgie, before she ultimately decides to return to her life in Australia with her adoptive brothers. As a count, his notable abilities lie not in physical prowess but in his noble status and the political connections he maintains, such as his friendship with Earl Wilson, which provide the means to resist Dangering's influence and ultimately seek justice.
