Queen Lumina, also known as the Queen of the Witch World, is the current ruler of the magical realm in which the witches of the series live. She holds this title throughout the story and appears as a recurring figure who guides and supports the young witch apprentices. In the human world, she secretly lives as Yuki, the school nurse at Misora Elementary School, where she is portrayed as a medically knowledgeable and wise caretaker who cares deeply for the students. This human identity is revealed at the end of Ojamajo Doremi DOKKAAN!, adding a personal layer to her connection with the main characters, who attend that school.
Her background is tied closely to the traditions of the Witch World.
