Parfet Balbair, whose name also appears in official materials and fan references as Parfet Balblair or Parfait Balblair, is a supporting character in the anime Vandread: The Second Stage, continuing her role from the first season of the series. She serves as the chief engineer of the Nirvana, the vessel on which the main crew travels.
