Maxwell Carson, known in Japanese as Matsuno Kuusuke and often called Max, is a supporting character in the anime Inazuma Eleven. He is a member of the Raimon soccer team, initially playing as a forward and later shifting to a midfielder role. Carson is easily recognized by his short orange hair, black eyes, and signature beanie hat, as well as his distinctive orange nose that gives him a cat-like appearance.
Carson is among the earliest players to join Raimon, entering the club when it still had only seven members.
