Fuyuko is Keiji's older sister. She accompanies Keiji on their visit to Zenitendō after their father breaks his promise to take Keiji fishing. This occurs within the film segment "Tsuritai Yaki," where Keiji obtains a magical snack that enables him to fish taiyaki.
