Description
Cell is a major antagonist in Dragon Ball Z Kai, serving as a bio-android created by the supercomputer of the scientist Dr. Gero. His existence is the result of a secret project that continued long after its creator's death. Tiny spy robots were sent to collect cellular data from the universe's most powerful fighters during key battles, including Son Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and even the tyrants Frieza and King Cold. This genetic blueprint was then used to engineer the ultimate life form, designed to be the perfect warrior.
Emerging from an alternate future timeline, Cell's primary motivation is the attainment of his "perfect form." While he can grow stronger by absorbing the life energy of ordinary humans with his tail, this is only a temporary measure.
