TV-Series
Description
Naeka Fujiwara is the main protagonist of the series. She is introduced as a seventeen-year-old high school student attending Shuuhou Seiha Private School, where she serves as the vice-captain of the girls' kendo club. Naeka is the granddaughter of a billionaire tycoon, Zenjuurou Oofujiwara, and along with her brother Kousuke, she is one of the remaining heirs to his enormous fortune. She is set to inherit this wealth when she turns eighteen, but her impending inheritance makes her a target for assassins and those who covet the fortune.

In terms of personality, Naeka is independent, stubborn, and outspoken, often speaking her mind in a coarse manner. She is not academically bright, especially in mathematics, and her general knowledge can be lacking. Her cooking skills are notoriously poor—she is a lethal cook. Despite these shortcomings, she remains upbeat and positive in the face of the constant chaos in her life. She is passionate about swords and the Sengoku period, particularly the Shinsengumi, and she channels this enthusiasm into her kendo practice. Her kendo skills are strong enough that she can wield a real sword effectively. She is also noted for her large chest, which draws unwanted attention and frequently causes her frustration and embarrassment, as it leads to joke diagnoses such as her failing math because her breasts deprive her brain of nutrients.

Naeka's main motivation is to live an ordinary life, but her status as heir forces her into extraordinary circumstances. Her role in the story is that of the central figure who must be protected from harm while also navigating the everyday trials of high school. She is the one who must tolerate the demanding, over-the-top, and often perverted service of Kogarashi, the masked maid guy sent by her grandfather. Kogarashi is a monstrously powerful male ninja-like maid who follows her everywhere, disregarding personal space and tact. Naeka often reacts with violence and irritation to his antics, though she gradually becomes more accustomed to his presence.

Her key relationships include her brother Kousuke, who is also an heir and often assists in schemes; Fubuki, the beautiful and competent maid who is more reserved and acts as a stabilizing force; and her friends Eiko and Miwa, who both tease and support her. She also develops a rivalry with Elizabeth K. Strawberryfield, a rich foreign girl who transfers into her class and tries to outdo her in everything. Naeka’s grandfather, though rarely seen, is the orchestrator of the protection arrangement. There is also romantic potential; Naeka has a past crush that ended badly when she accidentally poisoned him, and she later receives a love letter (which turns out to be from a female admirer). Despite her tough exterior, she has not abandoned hope for romance.

Throughout the series, Naeka shows some development in her acceptance of her new guardians and in her own assertiveness. She frequently clashes with Kogarashi but also learns to rely on him in dangerous situations. Her kendo skills are put to the test in tournaments, and she demonstrates resilience both physically and emotionally.

Notable abilities include her proficiency with a sword, her vice-captain position in the kendo club, and her surprising physical durability—she can withstand certain attacks and even nerve gas better than expected, leading Kogarashi to compare her resilience to that of an elephant. However, her lack of academic aptitude and cooking disasters remain persistent weaknesses.
