Description
Mizore Fuyukuma is a supporting antagonist in the 2004 Naruto film set in the Land of Snow. He was a ninja from the Land of Snow and a member of Doto Kazahana’s Three-Man-Team. Ten years before the events of the movie, Mizore participated in the coup that overthrew the daimyo of the Land of Snow, Sousetsu Kazahana, on Doto’s orders. Mizore is a large man with short purple hair, dark eyes, and small round purple eyebrows. He wears a blue-and-white outfit that includes a special chakra armour, which he believes makes him unbeatable. His fighting style relies on the chakra armour for defense, a snowboard for quick movement across the icy terrain, and a metal arm that can launch cables or extend to grab and retract targets. He also demonstrates considerable strength and skill in taijutsu, once engaging Naruto Uzumaki while Naruto was under the influence of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox’s chakra. Mizore is confident and arrogant about his abilities, serving Doto without question and showing no hesitation in attacking the protagonists. He is ultimately defeated by Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno during the infiltration of Doto’s fortress. Mizore does not experience significant character development; he remains a loyal henchman motivated by power and the authority of his master. His key relationships are with Doto and his teammates, Nadare Roga and Fubuki Kakuyoku, though their interactions are largely professional. His role in the story is to act as an obstacle for Team 7, demonstrating the threat posed by Doto’s forces and the advanced chakra armour technology.
