Irma serves as the headkeeper for the Teito branch of the smuggling organization Headkeeper. Despite her aristocratic origins, she actively participates in illegal smuggling activities. She possesses an overly chummy personality, a trait she openly acknowledges in her interactions. During a mission in the capital, she identifies Innumael Grauer from wanted posters and expresses excitement at seeing him, commenting to him that Jade likes him.

She joins a rescue operation spearheaded by Fritz and is partnered with Innumael for lookout duty. When Innumael inquires how she joined Headkeeper, Irma enthusiastically starts recounting her past, beginning to explain her noble family background before their conversation is cut short. Later, when Imperial soldiers pursue Innumael after he evades them inside a warehouse, Irma extracts him using a vehicle, facilitating his escape.
