Kalian Loss, also known as Calian Loss, is a character from the anime and light novel series Chrome Shelled Regios. His primary role in the story is as the powerful and influential Student Council President of the academic mobile city of Zuellni, and he is also the older brother of Felli Loss, a prominent Psychokinesist.

This leads him to take a direct interest in the new student Layfon Alseif, a former Heaven's Blade wielder hiding his abilities. Kalian effectively drafts Layfon into the Military Arts Department, manipulating his scholarship and circumstances to ensure he cannot refuse. By forcing Layfon into a role where his power is needed, Kalian sets the entire plot of the series in motion. He specifically assigns Layfon to the 17th Platoon, led by Nina Antalk, to help strengthen a struggling but promising team.
