Description
Keisuke Takahashi is one of the central characters in the street racing world, known as the driver of a yellow Mazda RX-7 FD3S. He comes from a privileged background as a member of the wealthy Takahashi family, but his past is considerably rougher than his brother's, having been a former member of a bōsōzoku gang before being recruited into the world of professional-style street racing by his older sibling. This history explains a great deal about his fiery and competitive nature. He is introduced as a core member of the Akagi RedSuns team before becoming a primary driver for the more ambitious Project D.
