Description
Kuyou is an antagonist in the anime and manga series Rosario + Vampire. He serves as the head of the Public Safety Commission, the disciplinary committee at Yōkai Academy, where he enforces the committee's rules with brutal authority.
Kuyou belongs to a race of yōkai known as kitsune, supernatural fox spirits.
