Cecile Croomy is a Britannian scientist and military officer who serves as the assistant to Earl Lloyd Asplund within the Camelot division, the special development team responsible for creating advanced Knightmare Frames. She is 24 years old during the first season and turns 25 in the second season, R2. Prior to her military career, she studied at the Imperial Colchester Institute, which is where she first became a junior colleague and friend to Lloyd, as well as a contemporary of the Indian scientist Rakshata Chawla.
Cecile has a calm, kind, and compassionate personality, presenting a stark contrast to her often eccentric and socially indifferent superior.
