TV-Series
Description
Airin Kizaki serves as the private secretary to government official Hidehiko Otoya, presenting a strictly professional exterior that masks an underlying timidity and bashful nature. This contrast is especially visible in her strong objection to Otoya using her given name "Airin" instead of her surname "Kizaki," as she insists on formal address. Her duties expand when she becomes a homeroom teacher, a strategic move to observe and monitor the Owners and their Akikan companions, bringing her into the environment of the main cast while maintaining professional distance. A pronounced fondness for cats defines another key aspect of her personality; when she encounters a kitten, her composed and stiff demeanor vanishes, replaced by an unguarded, magnetic attraction that reveals a softer side. Within the narrative, she functions as one of the few ordinary human characters without exaggerated mannerisms or supernatural traits, relying instead on her organizational and observational skills. She occasionally assists in surveillance activities, such as observing the main characters during events like dates, and her role remains consistently professional and observational throughout the series.
