Noriyuki Izuna is a supporting character in the anime Ga-Rei Zero, which serves as a prequel to the Ga-Rei manga series. He is an old friend of Kagura Tsuchimiya and the former fiancé of Yomi Isayama. Izuna has long brown hair and brown eyes, and he typically dresses in suits and ties in the anime. He belongs to the information department of the government agency known as the Supernatural Disaster Countermeasures Division, where his duties involve intelligence gathering and espionage.
