Axcela Warrick is a young woman who serves as an information specialist for the PROCEED Team within the R.U.C. security department. She is approximately 20 years old, with a small stature of 155 centimeters, and is recognized by her short red hair and green eyes. Her demeanor is notably shy and introverted, which contrasts with her technical proficiency.

In her role on the PROCEED Team, Axcela is a capable cook and demonstrates a gentle, caring nature, as seen when she briefly takes care of the main character Solty after a reprimand from Roy. Her relationship with her teammates is a significant part of her life, and the loss of these friends becomes a pivotal emotional catalyst for her actions. This personal tragedy, brought about by the R.U.C., pushes her past a breaking point. Overwhelmed by grief and a desire for retribution, she commandeers a colossal floating vessel named Hilga, which is docked inside the R.U.C. itself. Using the ship’s powerful hyper beam cannon, she goes on a destructive rampage, causing widespread devastation across the city.

Axcela’s development reaches a turning point during this crisis. After hearing a conversation between Solty and another character named Rose, she experiences a change of heart. Realizing the catastrophic potential of her actions, she chooses to stop the hyper beam cannon from firing by self-destructing the massive vessel. Despite this dramatic act of self-sacrifice, she survives the explosion and is later shown recovering from her injuries in a hospital alongside her friend Integra.

Her technical expertise is further enhanced by a specialized PROCEED suit, which appears in the final four episodes of the series. This white suit is designed to grant her a greater and more seamless connection to computer networks, augmenting her natural abilities as an information specialist.
