TV-Series
Description
Na-san is Tsukishima Kirari’s pet cat and a main character in the series. He was born on July 3 and his zodiac sign is Cancer. As a feline companion, he possesses remarkable intelligence and a wide set of practical skills far beyond those of an ordinary cat. He is able to sew, cook, clean, and perform various household chores. His abilities extend to more technical tasks such as repairing vending machines, and he has also shown proficiency in English and mathematics. Na-san has received recognition for his intelligence and his singing abilities. His favorite food is taiyaki, a fish-shaped pastry.

Na-san’s primary role is that of a mascot character and a loyal helper to Kirari. He provides constant support in her daily life and her journey as an idol, often protecting her from danger and assisting her with problems. He is also shown to be a genius cat, often figuring out solutions to complex situations.

In terms of key relationships, Na-san is deeply bonded with his owner Kirari, and he also interacts with other animal characters such as Mya-san, who is his brother. The series occasionally explores a more fantastical side of his character; for instance, in one episode, a scientific experiment conducted by Dr. Hitotsubashi transforms Na-san into a human-like form named Nanao-san.

Over the course of the story, Na-san remains a steadfast and capable presence. While he does not undergo dramatic personality changes, his development is shown through his growing closeness with Kirari and his increasing involvement in her adventures. His notable abilities include his domestic skills, mechanical aptitude, academic talents, and his willingness to put himself in harm’s way to protect those he cares about. He serves as both a source of comic relief and a reliable pillar of support for the protagonist.
