Description
Erieru, also known as Eriru, is one of the primary antagonists in the anime Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch. She serves as a member of the Dark Lovers, a group of water demons who are minions of the series main antagonist, Gaito. Her role is to assist in his plans, which often involve capturing the mermaid princesses.
Erieru is a water demon, a type of aquatic creature that serves under Gaito. In her natural form, her appearance is distinctive. She has brown hair styled into dreadlocks that form ringlets around her face. She wears a yellow leopard-print bandana on her head, which also features cat-like ears near its edges. Among the Dark Lovers, she is considered the most talkative and arguably the most strategic, but her plans lack a history of success. She considers her fellow Dark Lovers to be her good friends, even if she sometimes argues with them. A notable weakness is her reaction to the mermaid princesses songs, particularly the Legend of Mermaid. When she hears this music, she spins uncontrollably while holding her ears in displeasure.
