His history within the Nura Clan spans centuries. Four hundred years ago, during Nurarihyon's era, he marched in the Hyakki Yakkō (Night Parade of One Hundred Demons). A pivotal event occurred when Kokehime rescued him from a conflict involving Hagoromo Gitsune, forging a deep, enduring attachment between them. Historical accounts note his personality differed significantly then; after the rescue, he expressed valuing Kokehime's genuine smile far above the material worth of her pearl tears, revealing a capacity for warmth and appreciation.
