Lulu Bell is the twelfth disciple of the Noah Family and the current incarnation of Lustol, representing the sin of lust within the Noah hierarchy. Despite this association, her demeanor is notably distant and composed. She is a stoic, melancholic, and cold individual, preferring to remain in the shadows and observe situations before acting. Her politeness and calmness contrast with her role as a manipulative and calculating antagonist.
Physically, she appears as a young woman in her early to mid‑twenties with long blonde hair tied with a purple ribbon that holds a small bell, yellow eyes, and a facial mark. She typically wears a black suit with a blue tie and often dons black shades. In the anime adaptation, she sometimes transforms into a black cat for espionage and displays cat‑like behavior in her human form, such as licking her plate while drinking milk.
Her primary ability as a Noah is the power of Form, which grants her shapeshifting and metamorphosis. Lulu Bell first appears at the Noah Dinner Party alongside other Noah members. Her major role in the story occurs during the invasion of the Black Order headquarters. Disguised as the scientist Andrew Nansen, she infiltrates the Order and leads a horde of high‑level Akuma in an attempt to reclaim the Akuma egg, which she intends to use to create powerful Skulls from the Order’s most intelligent scientists. After encountering Allen Walker, she also resolves to capture him and bring him to the Millennium Earl to fill the vacant position of the Fourteenth. During the battle, she is confronted by Generals Cross Marian, Cloud Nine, and Winters Sokaro, who prove too powerful for her and her Akuma. She attempts to escape with the egg, but Allen destroys it, causing a massive explosion. Her fate after this explosion remains unknown in the series.
