Description
Dr. Myuu is a brilliant but ruthless scientist and a primary antagonist in Dragon Ball GT. He is a Machine Mutant, a race of artificial beings, and resides on the mysterious planet M-2. His origin story reveals that he was once an organic being who was rejected by his society. In response, he used his scientific genius to create an army of Machine Mutants, exterminated his planet's original population, and even modified his own body to become a Machine Mutant himself. His name is believed to be derived from the Greek letter mu.

Dr. Myuu's personality is that of a classic mad scientist, driven by an immense ego and a cold, calculating nature. He desires nothing less than total control over the entire universe. He is arrogant, treacherous, and views his creations as tools to be used and discarded. This ruthlessness is evident in how he treats his subordinates, destroying them for any perceived defect or failure. His primary motivation is to complete his Total Galaxy Conquest Operation, seeking to repopulate the galaxy with his own artificial creations.

His role in the story is primarily as a mastermind and creator rather than a direct fighter. He is the architect behind the revival of Baby, a powerful machine mutant with a grudge against the Saiyans. To gather the energy and resources needed for Baby, Dr. Myuu creates several powerful enforcers, including General Rilldo, and hires agents like Dolltaki to lead the Luud cult. When the heroes Goku, Pan, and Trunks arrive on M-2, they foil his plans and seemingly destroy Baby. Dr. Myuu attempts to escape but is killed when Baby bursts out of his body. In a crucial twist, it is revealed that Baby, a parasitic lifeform created by the Tuffles, had actually been the one controlling Dr. Myuu's mind all along, programming him to facilitate his own development.

Even after being sent to Hell, Dr. Myuu continues his schemes. He forms a temporary and unstable alliance with Dr. Gero, the creator of the androids. Together, they design a new being called Hell Fighter 17, who merges with the original Android 17 to create the unstoppable Super 17. This partnership highlights Dr. Myuu's key relationship with Dr. Gero, which is defined by mutual convenience and deceit. True to his treacherous nature, Dr. Myuu secretly alters Super 17's programming to obey only him, leading to Super 17 killing Dr. Gero. Ultimately, this same creation turns on Dr. Myuu as well, destroying him when he attempts to assert control. His other significant relationship is, of course, with his creation Baby, who is ironically his master.

Throughout the series, Dr. Myuu does not undergo any genuine development or redemption. He remains consistently evil and power-hungry, his only change being a shift from servant to Baby to an independent schemer after his first death. His story arc serves as a cautionary tale about the danger of creating artificial life, as he is repeatedly killed by his own creations, including Baby and Super 17.

In terms of abilities, Dr. Myuu possesses the common techniques of the Dragon Ball series, such as flight and the ability to generate ki blasts. One of his signature moves is the Psychic Bomber, an energy sphere he is often seen holding. However, his true power lies not in direct combat but in his genius-level intellect, which rivals that of Dr. Gero. He is an unparalleled expert in creating machine mutants, cybernetics, and advanced weaponry, using his mind as his primary weapon to threaten the entire universe.
