Description
Hōzen Ōyama, a 12-14-year-old Buddhist monk living in Osaka with his father, occasionally interacts with his cousin Kabao. Selected as Perman No. 4, he operates under the superhero alias Peryan with a turquoise blue Copy Robot. His pragmatic streak and occasional greed set him apart from the other Permans, yet he demonstrates loyalty and kindness, frequently stepping in to resolve team conflicts or aid them during crises.
His driving ambition is establishing the "PAYAN TRADING COMPANY" to achieve significant wealth. As the oldest and most strategically adept team member, Hōzen often devises unconventional plans to overcome challenges. His intelligence and mental resilience prove crucial for solving complex missions, and he regularly mediates disputes between teammates like Mitsuo (Perman No. 1) and Sumire (Perman No. 3).
Hōzen develops a crush on Michiko, Mitsuo’s classmate, upon their first meeting. His Osaka background subtly influences his character, occasionally surfacing in traits like frugality. Despite this regional association, his sharp problem-solving skills prevent him from fitting the "idiot" stereotype.
