Description
Édouard de Westminster, sole heir of King Henry VI and Queen Margaret of Anjou, carries the title Prince of Wales and the Lancastrian claim to England's throne. His royal blood manifests in a tall frame, shoulder-length blond hair, and piercing blue eyes.

Raised under his domineering mother Margaret's shadow, he nurtures fierce Lancastrian loyalty while resenting his passive father's neglect. His childhood fractures through political chaos: exile after the Yorkist victory at Towton and disinheritance via the 1460 Act of Accord. During the Wars of the Roses, he fights alongside Margaret, capturing Yorkist prisoners after the Second Battle of St Albans.

His character transforms upon capturing Richard III of York. During Richard's imprisonment, Édouard grows intensely curious after misinterpreting Richard’s intersex biology as female. This fascination warps into obsession and hostility, fueling his desire to dominate or possess Richard.

Sealed through a Lancastrian-Warwick alliance, Édouard weds the Earl of Warwick's daughter, Anne Neville. The marriage strains under his resentment of Anne's lingering affection for Richard; he treats their union as a strategic weapon for Lancaster's resurgence, not a bond. Mutual dissatisfaction marks their contentious relationship.

At the Battle of Tewkesbury, Édouard confronts Richard in a final violent clash. Richard stabs him to death, concluding Édouard's arc as a doomed throne claimant. His burial at Tewkesbury Abbey extinguishes the Lancastrian male line.
