Hellmaster Phibrizzo, also known as the冥王, is a high-ranking魔族 and serves as the most powerful of the five subordinates directly under the dark lord Ruby Eye Shabranigdu. As the lord of the underworld, Phibrizzo holds dominion over life, death, and the spirits of the dead. His primary goal, shared by all魔族, is to return the world to the Sea of Chaos, a state of perfect nothingness from which all existence originated.
To achieve his aims, Phibrizzo typically adopts the physical form of a young, androgynous boy, a guise he exploits to lower the guard of his enemies. He is an exceptionally sinister, calculating, and sadistic being, who takes genuine pleasure in the suffering and despair of others.
