Felicio is the Italian name for the Yo-kai known as Happierre in the English version of Yo-kai Watch. He is a small Yo-kai with a yellow, gaseous body and diminutive arms. His most distinctive features are his constantly squinting eyes, a wide smile, a green mustache, and hair styled in a green haircut topped with a daisy. This appearance reflects his cheerful and gentle nature, as he almost always maintains a pleasant expression and a calm demeanor.

Felicio’s primary motivation and function revolve around creating a warm, peaceful, and happy atmosphere. He is drawn to places or situations where the mood could be improved, and his very presence radiates an aura that smooths over tensions and ensures people feel cheerful and amiable. A key aspect of his role is counteracting negativity, as his abilities are specifically shown to negate the dampening and depressing inspirits of Yo-kai like Dismarelda, effectively normalizing a sour or heavy atmosphere.

In the story, Felicio is often summoned to solve problems in a peaceful manner. While he is usually easygoing and conflict-avoidant, he is capable of becoming angry on rare occasions. His most significant relationship is with Dismarelda, a Yo-kai who embodies sadness and gloom. Felicio and Dismarelda are directly opposed in their effects on the environment, and it is known that he can evolve into a different Yo-kai named Reversa when fused with Dismarelda.

Felicio belongs to the Heartful tribe and is classified as a Rank C Yo-kai, though his evolved form has a higher rank.
