Description
Alice Stevenson is a character from the 1977 anime series Araiguma Rascal. She is the daughter of the new stationmaster who arrives in the town with his family, which includes his wife, his two daughters, and a grandmother. Alice has a sister named Flora, and the family becomes part of the small Wisconsin community where the story takes place.

Born in Chicago, Alice is a young girl who enjoys skating as a hobby. She demonstrates a spirited and active personality, particularly showing an interest in outdoor activities and water sports. In several episodes, Alice accompanies the main protagonist, Sterling North (often called Robby in some dubs), on adventures. Notably, she and Sterling learn to row a canoe together with the help of a friend named Carl, and they subsequently embark on a multi-day camping and canoeing trip. This trip highlights her adventurous nature and her willingness to engage with the natural environment around her.

Alice shares a close friendship with Sterling, and they are often depicted working together as a team. During their canoe journey, they encounter a mother deer that leads them to a sick fawn, and Alice immediately joins Sterling in deciding to take the helpless creature to Carl for care. This demonstrates her compassion for animals and her resourcefulness. Within her family, she is the younger sister to Flora, and her father's role as stationmaster brings the Stevenson family into the social fabric of the town. While information about a significant personal transformation or development arc is limited, her consistent presence in outdoor escapades alongside Sterling establishes her as a capable and spirited companion. Her notable abilities include her proficiency in skating and her enthusiasm for rowing and other water-based activities.
