She is a young woman with short, distinctive red hair and is most often seen in her Golden Delmo uniform, which features unique black line patterns. On at least one occasion, during the operation on Peroronka Island, she also appears in casual clothing consisting of a black shirt with a white necktie, a white skirt, and black high heels.

Bianca’s background reveals that she was not originally a member of the elite Golden Delmo. She first appears in a flashback as a Blue Delmo, mourning the loss of a fellow soldier during the evacuation of a ship commanded by Ludwig Hagen. This event serves as a catalyst for her character, as she becomes driven by a desire for revenge against the protagonist, Aika Sumeragi. Unlike others who may have accepted the loss, Bianca actively seeks out Aika to settle the score.

Her key relationships are primarily antagonistic. She has a working relationship with Valerie, whom she uses as a pawn in her scheme to trap Aika. Despite using a wrist-mounted flamethrower as a notable ability, she is utterly defeated when Aika dashes directly through the flames and lands a brutal kick to her neck. In her final moments of consciousness, she sheds tears over her failure, her body slumping to the ground. This defeat marks the end of her role as a significant threat.

Regarding notable abilities, Bianca is a capable fighter, though her skills are ultimately no match for Aika’s. She is proficient in hand-to-hand combat and, as the leader of an elite unit, possesses above-average physical conditioning. Her most distinctive piece of equipment is a wrist-mounted flamethrower, which she employs during the final battle against Aika. However, its effectiveness is limited, as Aika is able to charge directly through the flames to counterattack.
