OVA
Description
Golden Bianca, known simply as Bianca in the series Agent Aika, serves as the leader of the Golden Delmo unit and is a primary antagonist during the second arc of the story. She is a young woman with short, distinctive red hair and is most often seen in her Golden Delmo uniform, which features unique black line patterns. On at least one occasion, during the operation on Peroronka Island, she also appears in casual clothing consisting of a black shirt with a white necktie, a white skirt, and black high heels.
Bianca’s background reveals that she was not originally a member of the elite Golden Delmo. She first appears in a flashback as a Blue Delmo, mourning the loss of a fellow soldier during the evacuation of a ship commanded by Ludwig Hagen. This event serves as a catalyst for her character, as she becomes driven by a desire for revenge against the protagonist, Aika Sumeragi. Unlike others who may have accepted the loss, Bianca actively seeks out Aika to settle the score.
In terms of personality and motivations, Bianca is portrayed as determined, calculating, and deeply committed to humiliating her enemy. Her actions go beyond simply capturing or defeating Aika; she aims to psychologically torment her as well. During the operation on Peroronka Island, she orchestrates a plan to have another operative, Valerie, disguise herself as a man in order to catch Aika off guard and toy with her emotions before capturing her alive. This scheme demonstrates a cold and methodical nature, taking personal satisfaction in the prospect of humiliating her target. Her primary motivation is revenge for her fallen comrade, and this desire fuels her leadership of the Golden Delmo unit against Aika.
Within the story, Bianca plays a crucial role as the field commander of the Golden Delmo. She is placed in charge of the operation on Peroronka Island by the Delmo Commander. Her key relationships are primarily antagonistic. She has a working relationship with Valerie, whom she uses as a pawn in her scheme to trap Aika. Her central dynamic is with Aika herself, defined by a one-sided vendetta. Bianca believes that Aika is responsible for the death of her friend and is relentless in her pursuit of revenge, though this obsession ultimately blinds her to the danger Aika poses.
Bianca experiences a clear arc of defeat and failure in her confrontations with Aika. She initially succeeds in capturing Aika through her deceptive plan, but her triumph is short-lived. In their first direct physical confrontation, Bianca is swiftly knocked unconscious by a single powerful kick from Aika. She later reappears with the rest of the Golden Delmo, believing Aika to be dead. However, when Aika returns in her enhanced form, Bianca leads the unit in a final desperate charge. Despite using a wrist-mounted flamethrower as a notable ability, she is utterly defeated when Aika dashes directly through the flames and lands a brutal kick to her neck. In her final moments of consciousness, she sheds tears over her failure, her body slumping to the ground. This defeat marks the end of her role as a significant threat.
Regarding notable abilities, Bianca is a capable fighter, though her skills are ultimately no match for Aika’s. She is proficient in hand-to-hand combat and, as the leader of an elite unit, possesses above-average physical conditioning. Her most distinctive piece of equipment is a wrist-mounted flamethrower, which she employs during the final battle against Aika. However, its effectiveness is limited, as Aika is able to charge directly through the flames to counterattack.
