Description
Gorreta, known in some versions as Gorritas or Cappy, is a young male hamster who is a member of the Ham-Ham club. He is the pet of two owners, a boy named Kit and a girl named Suzie, and lives in their home where he has a very large cage. His fur is white with brown ears, and he is almost always seen wearing a small green cap. He stands approximately seven centimeters tall and has a birthday of August 6th.

For the most part, Gorreta is an active and playful child who enjoys spending time with his friends. However, he is also somewhat shy and hesitant by nature. His most defining trait is his powerful curiosity, which specifically drives him to find and try on different things to place on his head. While he is willing to experiment with a wide variety of items, his preference is for standard cooking pots, which he sometimes uses to hide inside and carries with him wherever he goes.

Although Gorreta loves his home and his owners, who care for him deeply, he can sometimes feel overwhelmed by the feeling of being watched all the time. This leads him to develop a complex motivation of admiring the independent, free life of the wild field hamsters, particularly their leader, the Boss. His envy of this lifestyle once became so strong that he decided to leave his comfortable home to live in the wild. This experience taught him that the life of a wild hamster is very hard and lacks the comforts he was used to, which ultimately led him to return home to his owners, who had missed him greatly.

Within the story, Gorreta is a recurring friend in the club who participates in various adventures and games. He shares a particular bond with another hamster named Atorín, and they are often seen playing hide and seek together. In one incident, the two of them became trapped while playing during an earthquake but were eventually rescued by the other Ham-Hams. While he does not possess any extraordinary abilities, his distinct skill is his knack for balancing objects, especially pots and caps, on his head as a kind of accessory or shelter.
