Chibimaru-chan, known as Penelope in English adaptations, is a young hamster character from the Hamtaro franchise. She is recognized as the youngest member of the Ham-Ham group and is owned by a human child named Kylie. Her most defining physical characteristic is a yellow blanket she wears draped over her head and body, and she is almost never seen without it. Her fur, visible only on the rare occasions she removes the blanket, is a combination of white and brown. Her name translates to "little round one," which reflects her small size and youth.
