TV-Series
Description
Lily Borjarno is the youngest child and daughter of Duke Borjarno, the feudal lord who rules over the Luzianna territory, a region in North America that was once the state of Louisiana. She is one of thirteen children. At the start of the story, Lily presents herself as a spoiled and frivolous young noblewoman. She behaves pettily toward a girl she believes is Kihel, not realizing that the disguised Queen Dianna Soreil has taken Kihel’s place. Lily claims to have joined the Earth Militia out of boredom and appears willing to let Guin Sard Lineford use her as a pawn as long as he indulges her infatuation with him. However, this flighty exterior hides a sharp and shrewd political mind. As the series progresses, Lily reveals herself to be insightful and astute. She understands the necessity of cultivating powerful friends and allies and has no hesitation in discarding Guin when he becomes a liability rather than an asset. After Guin’s ambitions lead to his fall from grace, Lily steps into his role, taking control of the Willgame and negotiating directly with the Moonrace leader Agrippa Maintainer on Earth’s behalf. She eventually becomes Earth’s official ambassador and spokesperson before the Moonrace. A memorable personal trait is her fondness for hot chocolate. Her development is marked by a transition from a seemingly shallow aristocrat to a capable and pragmatic political operator who earns a place of genuine influence in the conflict between Earth and the Moonrace.
