Description
Arkeu serves as one of two human caretakers for Egyptian deities—including Bastet, Anubis, Ra, and the ghost Medjedo—in ancient Egypt circa 3000 BCE near the Nile. Working alongside fellow caretaker Iabi, Arkeu engages in daily routines punctuated by comical misadventures involving reciprocal trickery with the gods. These humorous interactions define their responsibilities.

Specific episodes feature Arkeu added to a divine favorites list, suggesting recognition by one deity. Seasonal routines show Arkeu participating in winter warmth activities and enduring severe cold alongside the gods. Arkeu confronts supernatural incidents, including crises sparked by divine wrath and perilous journeys to the underworld, followed by returns from Hades.
