Description
Kiyonaga Matsumoto is a supporting character in the Detective Conan series. He is a high-ranking officer in the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, serving as the chief of the police and the direct superior to Inspector Juzo Megure. At the start of the series, Matsumoto holds the rank of Superintendent, but he is later promoted to the position of section chief with the rank of Senior Superintendent, a role which was then succeeded by Hyoue Kuroda.
Physically, Matsumoto is a tall and imposing figure, which contributes to his stern and intimidating first impression. One of his most notable features is a prominent scar running over his left eye.
