Monsieur Goémon is a minor character introduced late in the original 1973 Cutie Honey anime series, appearing only in episodes twenty-two, twenty-three, and twenty-five. He works as a teacher at Paradise Academy, the school that becomes the setting for the final stretch of the story. His defining trait is a persistent, lecherous infatuation with Honey Kisaragi; he is constantly attempting to look up her skirt or otherwise behave in a perverted manner toward her. This behaviour provides a small source of comic relief rather than contributing to the main conflict.
