Description
Puuta is the younger brother of Akubi and son of Hakushon Daimaō, cohabiting the ancestral genie bottle with them. Introduced in the 2020 timeline as a new addition to the genie family, Puuta uniquely manifests in the human world through flatulence, unlike his relatives summoned by sneezes or yawns.
His arrival brings significant disruption due to his mischievous and troublemaking personality. Puuta frequently engages in disproportionate retaliation for perceived minor slights, amplifying small incidents into chaotic events. This initial behavior surpasses even his sister Akubi's notorious mischief, substantially contributing to the pandemonium experienced by human characters, particularly Kantarō Yodayama, grandson of the original series' protagonist.
Despite his inclination for chaos, Puuta travels alongside Akubi as she prepares for her future role as queen. While his presence complicates their adventures, he remains part of her entourage in the human world. Human interactions and experiences with Kantarō and Akubi gradually soften his behavior, though his core troublemaking nature persists. This contrasts with Akubi's own increased maturity.
His familial bond is central. Sharing the genie bottle with Hakushon Daimaō and Akubi, his existence expands the established genie family dynamic. He embodies generational change within this supernatural family.
