Description
Dump is a character who appears as a major antagonist, introduced as one of four death row inmates who escape from a prison in Southeast Asia. Her background is marked by extreme violence; before her capture, she was responsible for the deaths of over 180 people, with her crimes including mass murder, armed robbery, and illegal body disposal. Her childhood was also troubled, as she displayed a distorted fixation on love from a young age, an obsession that escalated during her teenage years and was so consuming that she even killed her own pet cat.

In terms of appearance, Dump is a woman with a distinctive look. She has short, ear-length pale or white hair parted from the middle, dark eyes, and tan skin. Her attire is flashy, often consisting of a light-colored dress and blue or purple pants, paired with high heels. She wears noticeable large, round earrings, and her body features several tattoos, including a star and the word murder on her neck and chest.

Dump's personality is defined by a profound and morbid obsession with love, which she conflates with death and aesthetics. Her perspective is uniquely twisted: she believes that people become most beautiful, cute, or honest at the moment they face death, as their fear makes them completely focused on her. This fixation leads her to be querulous and preoccupied with the physical appearances of others, often making derisive remarks about targets she finds ugly while suggesting remodeling for those she finds lacking. Despite her constant search for a romantic partner, her homicidal tendencies and fascination with the dying moments of her victims prevent her from forming any genuine or lasting connections.

Her motivations are driven by this unhealthy craving for absolute attention and possession. She desires a partner who thinks only of her, and she believes that the only way to achieve this is by instilling mortal terror. For Dump, killing is a misguided expression of love, a way to ensure that she is the sole focus of her target's mind, even if only for their final moments. This cycle of finding a victim, becoming enamored with their fear, and then killing them only to lose interest afterward is the core of her repetitive and violent behavior.

Dump's role in the story is as a formidable enforcer. After being broken out of prison by the organization led by Slur, she and her comrades Minimalist, Apart, and Saw are assigned by an agent named Kashima to eliminate targets from the Japanese Association of Assassins, with the goal of drawing out the organization's most elite fighters, known as the Order. Her primary role is to be a chaotic force of destruction, easily slaughtering lower-level assassins to create a disturbance.

Her key relationship is her antagonistic and fatal encounter with Osaragi, a member of the Order. Dump confronts Osaragi at a Buddhist temple, hoping to savor her fear. She engages in a fierce battle, utilizing her unique abilities to initially wound her elite opponent. Throughout the fight, Dump insults Osaragi, calling her ugly because of her lack of expression, and laments her own inability to find love. However, in her final moments, as Osaragi moves in for the kill, Dump has a change of heart, perceiving her adversary as beautiful before being fatally sliced by Osaragi's saw.

Dump's notable abilities are derived from the mechanical modifications made to her body. She has eight large, extendable spikes or blades implanted within her, with two in her hands and the other six across her torso. These spikes can be fired or extended at high speed and from unpredictable angles, allowing her to impale enemies with deadly accuracy from nearly any position. Her combat style is aggressive and unpredictable, making her a dangerous opponent capable of pressuring even high-ranking fighters. Her strength and durability are also considerable, allowing her to continue fighting even after being outmatched. Her threat level is reflected by the rating of A- assigned to her by Slur's organization. Despite her power, she is ultimately outclassed and killed by Osaragi, demonstrating the gap in ability between her and the Order's top enforcers.
