Description
Anisphia Wynn Palettia, known as Anis, serves as the first princess of the Kingdom of Palettia. Born with latent memories of a past life on modern Earth, these recollections surfaced at age five, making her distinct among "Travelers"—souls arriving from other worlds. This duality sparked profound internal conflict; she grappled with the fear of being a "fake" who erased the original Anisphia, necessitating reassurance from loved ones to reconcile her identity.

Her defining passion is an intense love for magic, despite possessing no innate magical aptitude. This drove her to pioneer "magicology," a field merging scientific methodology from her past life with magical principles to develop accessible magical tools. Key inventions include the high-speed Witch's Broom (capable of 740-930 km/h flight), the Mana Blade energy sword, Mana Shield, and mass-produced items like the Airbike. Funding her research through adventuring, she hunted monsters for materials, honing exceptional combat skills and strategic foresight.

Nicknamed "Princess Peculiar" for rejecting royal etiquette and embracing 21st-century individualism, Anis is openly lesbian. While initially experiencing only superficial attraction to women, she developed deep romantic feelings solely for Euphyllia Magenta after Euphyllia accepted her reincarnation secret. Their relationship began when Anis rescued Euphyllia following her public humiliation by Prince Algard, offering sanctuary as a research assistant. This evolved into a committed partnership where Anis first provided emotional stability for Euphyllia, later relying on Euphyllia's support as responsibilities grew.

A pivotal battle against an S-rank dragon resulted in Anis implanting its magicite as an "Impressed Seal" on her back. This granted draconic abilities: enhanced strength, hypnosis immunity, and a breath weapon. However, it cursed her with gradual transformation into a dragon and caused severe exhaustion or unconsciousness with overuse. Post-battle, she ceased aging and later stabilized the curse with ally Tilty Claret's help, though the transformation continued.

Her character arc involves relinquishing royal duties: she ceded the throne to her brother Algard, believing herself unfit to rule. After Algard's failed coup and exile, Euphyllia became queen via spirit covenant while Anis founded the Ministry of Magic, working behind the scenes. She navigated the kingdom's political tensions, particularly opposing the magic-elitist Magical Administration. Her motivations consistently blended idealism for societal change with personal loyalty, notably to Euphyllia—whose adoption strained familial ties.

Key weaknesses include dependency on close-quarters combat due to lacking ranged attacks, psychological burdens like impostor syndrome, and a "hero complex" fostering self-sacrificial tendencies. Across her narrative, development reveals increased emotional maturity while retaining core rebelliousness and dedication to democratizing magic through magicology.
