Description
Bellocent, known as Kirifukiyama no Buiyosen, is a malevolent Ghast haunting Mist Mountain’s ancient forests, where he launches yearly assaults on human settlements. Wielding telekinetic force, he abducts victims, leaving them as soulless, zombified husks unless swiftly rescued. His unsettling form features green hair, aubergine-hued eyes, and a tongue secreting lethal poison. Bellocent further evades capture by dissolving into mist, amplifying his elusive menace.

Fifty years before the series’ events, Emily, director of the third magical prison, entrapped him within an Onikomainu statue. This seal was deliberately shattered during a training camp orchestrated by Page Klaus, unleashing Bellocent as a trial for participants like Jiro Kusano and Hanao Ebisu. Freed, the Ghast hunted the group relentlessly, resisting even the Six-Direction Exorcising Hands Circle talisman’s power.

In battle, Bellocent proved nearly impervious to harm, pursuing foes with single-minded tenacity. A desperate plan emerged: inscribing a binding spell directly onto his form, a tactic requiring perilously high spiritual energy. Ebisu risked his life by channeling his remaining energy to Kusano through the Goryo Family’s forbidden Ren Injection technique. This sacrifice briefly disabled Ebisu but empowered Kusano to strike decisively.

Surpassing fellow Ghasts like Sophie the Face Ripper in raw power, Bellocent challenges veteran magical enforcers, his resurgence after five decades cementing his notoriety as a supernatural apex predator. Neutralizing him demands unorthodox strategies and unified strength, underscoring the peril he embodies within the occult world.
