Police Braver ZERO is the combined robot form of RAY, the Investigation Police Jobroid in Tomica Heroes Jobraver: Tokusō Gattai Robo. RAY is one of the Jobroids, the job-themed robots that make up the series' hero lineup, and he first appears in Episode 01 as a hero aligned with the police and investigation side of the story. His defining ability is transformation: when he combines with compatible automobiles, he assumes the form of Police Braver ZERO. His standard configuration is packaged with the Nissan GT-R Unmarked Patrol Car Armor Tomica and the Honda VFR Police Bike, which serve as the vehicle components of his combination. A later enhanced version of the form, Gigant Police Braver ZERO OVER DRIVE, was introduced alongside the Nissan Fairlady Z Unmarked Patrol Car Armor Tomica, giving the character a heavier, more powerful configuration within the same police investigation identity. RAY's role in the narrative is that of a law enforcement hero whose investigative specialty sets him apart, and his combat and patrol capabilities are expressed almost entirely through these combined Police Braver ZERO forms and the Armor Tomica equipment associated with them.
