Description
Yeo Miseng, also known as Mana in the Japanese version, is a young D-Rank Regular introduced during the second season of the anime, specifically in the Workshop Battle arc. Her primary motivation for climbing the Tower is to find her parents, a goal that drives her determination despite her initial insecurities. She comes from the same family line as Yeo Goseng and shares the same generation level.

Personality-wise, Miseng begins as a shy, introverted, and timid individual. She struggled with an inferiority complex, partly due to being teased and bullied before entering the Tower. However, her journey within the Tower, particularly her interactions with allies such as Ja Wangnan and the rest of the team accompanying Jue Viole Grace, allows her to grow considerably. She develops a strong sense of loyalty and independence, displaying a firm resolve. She has stated that she was prepared for death from the moment she entered the Tower, showing significant inner strength. She is kind and empathetic, but also observant and pragmatic, capable of analyzing situations to find practical solutions.

Her role in the story during the Workshop Battle arc is that of a supporting Regular. She joins Ja Wangnan and his companions, eventually aligning with Twenty-Fifth Bam (then known as Jue Viole Grace) on his journey through the Tower. As the weakest member of the team in terms of raw power at the start of this arc, she struggles to keep up with the dangers of the higher floors. However, she is determined not to be a burden.

Key relationships include her bond with her teammates, especially Ja Wangnan, for whom she expresses a willingness to sacrifice her life. She also seeks help from another Regular named Verdi to increase her combat potential. Her relationship with Yeo Goseng is noted as they belong to the same family and generation, though details are limited.

Development occurs largely during and after the Workshop Battle. Realizing her weakness, she studies methods to increase her power output in a single burst without losing control. With Verdi's assistance, she learns about a special seed that allows her to unlock a transformation. This culminates in a notable ability called a Berserker mode, which activates during intense combat situations. In this state, she gains a significant boost in strength and resilience, allowing her to fight more effectively against stronger opponents. She also possesses shinsu-based abilities, including the capacity to create barriers and reflect ranged attacks, which she uses to protect herself and her allies. Despite these gains, she continues to work on improving her control and effectiveness in battle.
