Description
Esael is the main antagonist of the 2025 film Doraemon: Nobita's Art World Tales. A powerful and legendary demon, Esael is known to have a long history within the lore of the fictional world of Artoria. The creature is a shapeshifter and demonstrates a high level of intelligence, including the capacity for learning.

Within the story, Esael is accidentally brought into the real world by the character Sodro, who uses the Art Access Light and unintentionally materializes the demon from a painting. To gain a more formidable physical form, Esael merges with the artwork of the Legendary Red Dragon from Artoria, resulting in a monstrous, dragon-like body with demonic features. In this draconic state, it acquires the ability to fly and can shoot a petrifying energy wave from its mouth.

Esael's primary ability involves emitting a light that drains the color and powers from its targets, ultimately petrifying them. It can also create minions by swallowing the Art Access Light, which materializes demonic servants. A significant weakness for Esael is water, a vulnerability it actively tries to overcome by assuming its dragon form. No specific information is available regarding its personality, motivations beyond its role as an antagonist, key relationships with other characters, or any personal development within the narrative.
