Description
Durden Walker is a member of the Twin Horns, an adventurer party known for its strength and experience. He is a conjurer who specializes in the use of earth magic, utilizing the element for both defensive and offensive purposes in combat.

In terms of appearance, Durden possesses an enormously large and muscular physique, standing approximately two meters tall, which is around six feet and seven inches. He has scruffy, short black hair with eyebrows that slant downwards, and his eyes are notably narrow and dark. His build and stern expression can initially give the impression of a ruthless or intimidating individual. Despite this imposing exterior, his true personality is calm and gentle. However, he is not afraid to use physical means, such as his fists, to correct the behavior of others or set them back on the right path.

Durden's role in the story is primarily tied to his membership in the Twin Horns. He has a history with the Leywin family, having known Arthur Leywin when Arthur was very young. On one occasion, he rescued the young Arthur from the overly affectionate embraces of Angela Rose, another member of their party. He was also present during a bandit ambush while traveling with the Leywins to Xyrus City. When Arthur was forced to push his mother, Alice Leywin, out of harm's way, which resulted in Arthur falling from a cliff, Durden rushed to the edge and attempted to catch him, but Arthur had already fallen too far for him to reach.

The character has meaningful relationships within the Twin Horns party, working alongside its members including the leader Helen Shard, Adam Krensh, Jasmine Flamesworth, and Angela Rose. During a gathering of adventurers, he was seen intervening to calm tensions and prevent an argument from escalating, demonstrating his role as a steadying presence within the group. His development includes sustaining a major injury during a clash between mages and mana beasts at a defensive location known as the Wall, where he lost an arm. Despite his own severe wound, he carried a fallen comrade back to their base.

As for notable abilities, Durden is a conjurer with an affinity for earth magic. He is capable of transmuting the ground to create defensive structures, such as an Earth Wall. This technique requires him to speak a specific incantation and maintain a constant flow of mana to prevent the earthen barrier from collapsing. For offense, he can use a spell called Rupture Spike, which causes a dozen large spikes to shoot up from the ground to pierce his enemies, also requiring a spoken incantation to activate.
