Description
Nephilia Curse is the dark queen of Everworld, a supreme and malevolent deity who rules over death and darkness. Known as the Mother of All Death, she presents herself as a goddess of truth and justice to deceive mortals, but her true nature is cruel and secretive. Her physical appearance is striking: she has very long purple hair, red eyes, and horn-like ears, giving her an otherworldly and intimidating presence.

Her primary motivation remains shrouded in mystery. She was responsible for orchestrating the reincarnation of Yukito Kirihara and his sister Sana into Everworld, but the reason behind this action is not revealed. After Yukito discovered the truth about his sister’s fate and stole the World Book from her, Nephilia Curse became determined to eliminate him and recover the artifact. She employs a network of followers to carry out her will, but her ultimate goals and the purpose of reincarnating Yukito are kept hidden, adding to the enigma surrounding her.

Nephilia Curse plays the role of the central antagonist in the story. Her actions set the entire plot in motion: she grants Yukito and Sana reincarnation, but her deceptive methods lead to conflict. Yukito, who now possesses the World Book and is burdened with a curse that limits his hit points to one, must confront her influence and find a way to rescue Sana. Nephilia Curse’s cunning and willingness to manipulate both mortals and gods make her a formidable adversary.

Her key relationship is with Yukito Kirihara, the protagonist. She is the source of his predicament, having set the reincarnation process in motion and then become his enemy after he stole her book. Sana Kirihara is also tied to her scheme, as her reincarnation was part of Nephilia Curse’s plan. The goddess employs other characters, such as her followers, to act against Yukito, but she remains the puppeteer behind the scenes.

As a deity, Nephilia Curse possesses immense power over death and darkness. She is the supreme authority of Everworld, capable of controlling the fate of souls and the flow of life and death. She also holds the World Book, a mysterious artifact of great power, and can perform reincarnation rituals. Her true capabilities extend beyond what is initially visible, and she is known for her cunning and ability to disguise her intentions. Her powers are not fully cataloged, but her domain over death and her role as a dark goddess suggest a wide range of supernatural abilities.

Throughout the story, Nephilia Curse remains a figure of mystery. Her personality is defined by deceit, cruelty, and a willingness to use others for her unseen purposes. She does not undergo a clear redemption or change; rather, her true motives and the full extent of her plans are gradually hinted at but never fully explained. This makes her a consistent and threatening presence in the narrative.
