Description
Amy is a supporting character in the gothic horror mystery series The Case Book of Arne. She works as an assistant at the Arne Detective Agency, serving alongside the agency’s head detective, the young vampire prodigy Arne Neuntöte, and his other assistant, a noble’s daughter named Lynn Reinweiß.

Within the story, Amy is identified as an undead necromancer. She possesses the notable supernatural ability to raise and potentially command the dead, a power that sets her apart from the other members of her agency. Her skills are integral to the team's investigations, which involve solving various supernatural cases that occur in the city of Rügenberg, a place where humans and otherworldly beings coexist. Amy has a distinctive preference for wearing a lily-scented perfume, a detail that serves as a recognizable trait and is even used as evidence in certain situations.

Amy's role in the narrative becomes more prominent and complex as the series progresses. Her loyalty and formidable abilities are put to the test, particularly during a major confrontation with a werewolf antagonist known as the thief Red Riding Hood. In the heat of this conflict, as Arne’s strength begins to wane, Amy starts to lose control of her powers. It is during this critical moment that she has a significant interaction with her colleague Lynn. Rather than giving in to her失控 state, Amy is calmed by Lynn’s words of encouragement. In return for this support, Amy opens up and shares her personal history, revealing the story of her past to Lynn.

Following this event, Amy experiences a loss of her necromantic powers. This development forces her to rely on others, including the character Nachzehrer, as she adapts to fighting without her primary strength. Despite this setback, she continues to work alongside Arne and the others, facing dangers such as attacks from werewolves as the team attempts to escape from a collapsing fortress. Her journey illustrates a struggle with inner darkness and a dependence on her allies, highlighting a character who is not just a powerful asset but also someone with a vulnerable history and a need for connection.
