Description
Oscar Lyeth Increatos Loz Farsas, usually called simply Oscar, is the male protagonist of the anime Unnamed Memory Act.2. He is the crown prince of the Kingdom of Farsas and the only child of King Kevin and his late wife, Rosalia. Although he has not yet formally taken the throne at the start of the story, he already carries many of the responsibilities of rule and acts as a capable leader on behalf of his father. He has short brown hair and blue eyes.

His background is shaped by a curse placed on him in childhood by the Witch of Silence, a specialist in curses. The spell made it nearly impossible for any woman to bear his child, a fact he kept carefully hidden while devoting himself to training and study in hopes of finding a way to break it. After fifteen years of fruitless attempts, he took the drastic step of climbing the deadly Azure Tower to request help from Tinasha, the Witch of the Azure Moon, whose magic was considered the strongest on the continent. When he met her, he made an unusual proposal: rather than simply asking her to remove the curse, he suggested that Tinasha, being powerful enough to withstand the spell, should marry him. Although she was reluctant at first, she eventually agreed to live in the royal castle of Farsas for a year while researching the curse, and the story follows the bond that grows from this arrangement.

In personality, Oscar is confident, clever, and quick-witted. He is playful and teasing around Tinasha, often enjoying their verbal exchanges, but he becomes serious and focused when matters of the kingdom are at stake. He genuinely cares about his subordinates and the people he is responsible for, and he is willing to put himself in danger to protect others. He approaches problems with a pragmatic and sometimes bold mindset, as shown in his unorthodox proposal to Tinasha and his willingness to take risks when a situation demands it.

His motivations center on freeing himself from the curse that threatens his family line, securing the future of Farsas, and protecting the people close to him. Over time, his relationship with Tinasha becomes the emotional core of his journey, moving from a contract born of necessity into a deep mutual attachment, and his desire to remain by her side becomes as important to him as breaking the spell itself.

In the story, Oscar is the driving force of the narrative. Although the anime presents him and Tinasha as two central figures, Oscar's decisions and presence propel most of the major events. He is the bearer of the legendary sword Akashia, the only weapon capable of completely nullifying magic, and he wields it with great skill despite having no magical power of his own. His combat ability is exceptional; he relies on physical strength, reflexes, and technique, and he is widely regarded as a formidable swordsman.

Act.2 places Oscar in a dramatically different situation. When the time-traveling magic sphere activates, he is sent about four hundred years into the past. Unable to ignore the tragedies unfolding there, he chooses to save Tinasha, and in doing so he changes history so completely that the world he knew vanishes. The season follows the consequences of that choice, including Tinasha's long slumber beneath the royal palace to one day meet him again. In the altered timeline, the Oscar she eventually reunites with is not the same person who saved her, and the story explores how their connection is rebuilt under new circumstances.

Through his contract with Tinasha, Oscar also acquires special powers, and his path leads him toward his destiny as the future king of Farsas. His development over the course of the story sees him grow from a prince burdened by a hidden curse and focused only on resolving it into a ruler who accepts the weight of his position and the consequences of his choices. His courage, loyalty, and determination to protect those he loves remain constant even as his circumstances are transformed by time itself.
