Movie
Description
Lion-kun is the central protagonist and the de facto leader of the Dream Animals group. He is based on the classic biscuit shape and serves as the primary hero tasked with saving his world from destruction. Despite this responsibility, he is characterized by a distinct lack of combat skills and a relaxed, low-tension personality. He is courageous and youthful, with a childish and humorous side that endears him to his friends. His primary motivation is to protect his snack-loving society and rescue his friends, particularly when the sugary tyrant King Gotton threatens to cover the world in cotton candy. He must also navigate the tension that arises between himself and the new member Pegasus-chan, whose singing and aerial performances make him feel jealous and worried about losing his status as leader. Lion-kun maintains a close bond with his core group of friends, especially Elephant-kun, who acts as a steady and supportive presence, and Hippo-chan, who provides emotional support and humor. He also develops a relationship with Pegasus-chan as they unite against their common enemy. Throughout the film, Lion-kun undergoes significant character development, transitioning from a simple, snack-loving mascot into a capable leader who can rally his quirky friends. His journey focuses on overcoming his zero combat strength by finding creative, non-violent ways to defeat the sugary supervillains. He learns to rely on teamwork, positivity, and the inherent cuteness of his group, proving that even heroes without traditional fighting abilities can save the day. His notable abilities include his unwavering optimism, his talent for inspiring others, and his resourcefulness in using the unique logic of his world to solve problems.
