Description
Izumi Shiraishi is the president of Hakusen Production, the small talent agency that manages the popular male idol group F/ACE. As the agency's president, she also serves as the group's producer, playing a central role in shaping their career and public image. Her appearance is notably intimidating, and she carries herself with a powerful charisma that commands attention. This formidable exterior is a conscious choice for her current position; it is mentioned that when she worked as a manager, her styling was simpler and more comfortable, but she now insists on a strong look befitting a producer and company president.

In her professional capacity, Shiraishi is depicted as a perfectionist who maintains quite strict standards. This demanding nature stems from her dedication to her work and her artists, as she is an exceptionally talented producer. Despite Hakusen Production being a new company with no significant industry connections, she successfully propelled F/ACE to the status of a top idol group in only two years. Her influence extends to the creative direction of the group; Tamon Fukuhara, the group's center, assumes an "idol mode" on stage that is said to be a direct reflection of Shiraishi's personal preferences.
